C Group invests in real estate mainy to hold and generate steady future income. These investments are done on a regular basis from the earnings of the group every year. Most of such investments are in large metropolitan areas in Europe and USA.
As part of its real estate related business, C Group also invests in properties and land to develop projects.
The majority of real estate investments are done through dedicated subsidiaries.
Currently the real estate portfolio of the group consists of 25 properties with an estimated market value of 150 mio USD and the whole portfolio is financed by own equity.
